IBM customer facing documentation for Azure EA to MCA migration

Create a dedicated IBM customer-facing documentation, or add a new section to the existing Cloudability Azure documentation, that guides customers through the steps required when migrating their Azure billing account from an Enterprise Agreement (EA) to a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).
As more customers migrate from EA to MCA, we receive alot of requests related to updating Cloudability after the migration. Since recredentialing is required on Cloudability to ensure uninterrupted cost and usage data collection. Currently, there is no centralized customer-facing documentation that explains this process.
The proposed documentation should include:

  • An overview of the impact of an EA to MCA migration on Cloudability.
  • Prerequisites before starting the migration.
  • Required actions on the Azure side (where applicable).
  • Step-by-step instructions for updating or recredentialing Azure in Cloudability after the migration.
  • Post-migration validation steps to confirm successful data ingestion.
  • Common issues, troubleshooting guidance, and FAQs.

Providing this self-service documentation will enable customers to complete the migration with greater confidence and reduce dependency on IBM Support.
