On account (subscription) closure or suspension in Azure or AWS, provide functionality to automatically archive or delete the vendor credentials (user selection).

Useful:

This is useful for anyone that works in an environment where change management is difficult (most large enterprises) and being able to specify a setting to automatically scavenge (cleanup) close accounts or subscriptions would save a lot of administrative overhead. 

Who Would Benefit:

Large enterprise customers that maintain hundreds or thousands of cloud accounts that are in dynamic environments.

Implementation:

- Would only apply to customers using AWS / Azure with an organization / tenant. ( Could apply to GCP too, but I don't have background in that cloud)

- Would use the primary payer (management) credentials to perform checks on the organization (tenant) to see the current account statuses.  If in a closed or suspended state, would take the action defined in Cloudability preferences (archive / delete).
