Azure Entra ID group setup without running script in Azure AD

Process to setup Azure Entra ID group is not approved within HDFC bank due to security and bank compliance. Need alternative or HDFC bank preferred method as below:
HDFC AD Support team have suggested enabling the Provisioning feature at the Apptio end. This feature is already enabled on the Azure AD side, and the automated user management synchronization script is currently running every 45 minutes in Azure AD
To proceed with enabling provisioning in Apptio, we will require the following details from the product team:
Apptio Tenant URL
Secret Token
These details need to be configured in Azure AD to establish the provisioning integration.
