Add additional granularity for hourly rightsizing opportunities to allow nighttime savings in rightsizing

Add granularity to the billing/costing information for Azure and GCP to allow for bucketing based on time of day (work weeks) as well as weekend and potential savings.  Process similar to AWS.

Are we able to see the rightsizing estimation based on the the recommendation and are we able to track what savings could be? Or do they have to be auto-scaled based on the configuration?

Got it, you're asking about recommendations to turn off an instance during certain hours where utilization is low. We don't recommend this exactly today, but the situation is generally covered by the auto scale recommendation where we see usage that changes over time.

From the sound there is hourly rightsizing setup for AWS that is not available for Azure and/or GCP. If there is something that can be done to identify cost savings (rightsizing) that can be done after hours like stopping a VM as an example. Only have it active from 6am to 6pm monday thru Friday. Or some form of that.
