Cloudability Dashboard sharing should create link that preserves the settings of the FILTERS at top of page for 1-click DEEPLINK that can be shared via slack or email or put on wiki or generated programmatically creating URL with filtered argument

Why Useful?
- More efficient and sharing of Database with filters selected to help recipient effortlessly see exactly what sendor wants with 1 click of DEEPLINK that retains the filtered settings. If there's a dashboard that has a filter for AWS Account ID, then the recipient could click and see just their AWS Account ID for a focused view. Otherwise, there is significant friction of having to instruct user what to click and what to enter to use the filters

Who would benefit?
- The FinOps team often needs to send a dashboard that helps Engineering know information about their resources and having a DEEPLINK that retains the filter values, and Current View and current report tab and date-range (optional) would save time for the FinOps team and for the receiving Engineering teams.

How should it work?
- IBM should determine how it should work. As an example, see how the Cloudability Explore works which retains all of the configuration (filters, dimensions, ...) works. As mentioned, it would also be very helpful if the URL could be programmatically constructed as well to enter the values by setting arguments in the URL (see how the Cloudability Explore works).
