Ability to identify

Currently OCI Exadata databases are purchased similar to commitments, where blocks are reserved and paid for like a commitment expense e.g. microsoft sentinel. The actual Exadata units can be tagged, but produce 0% cost and there's no usage visibility. This means that if different teams or customers utilise the exadata databases under a subscription, we cannot showback or chargeback accurately. Either it's tagged at the account level and one tag gets nearly all spend, and/or it's tagged at resource level, and while we can see the resource # under a certain tag, we don't see the allocated cost or usage.
