Cost allocation, usage data for RHEL RI on Azure

Currently, RHEL software RI utilization and cost savings data are not available in Cloudability.

It would be helpful to have this capability enabled so that we can gain better visibility into RHEL RI utilization, cost savings, and the specific resources to which the RI benefits are being applied.

This information will help us track the effectiveness of our RHEL RI purchases, identify any underutilized reservations, and make more informed decisions for future RI planning and cost optimization.

Could you please review and confirm whether this functionality can be made available in Cloudability?
