As a builder of ApptioBI reports, I find that there are often many filters needed. Sometimes too many for the screen to show all at once. It is not obvious to most of my users that some of these are therefore hidden, nor how to reach those additional filters.
Please can we have a scroll bar when that happens?
Currently, if you know there are additional filters then you can either use some mouse trackballs, or alternatively, click in the 'white space' between filter titles, and then use the left-right arrow keys. However you do need to know that there are additional filters off-screen to do this. Need to indicate to our users that these options are there.

Hi David, thanks for this submission! I agree that this is a usability issue. I've passed it along to our designer to brainstorm potential solutions. While it's currently not on our roadmap, it's something we'll consider for the future.
