If you would check in: Roles & Permissions -> Permissions there is only: SavingPlansFeatureFullAccess. Which would grant too much power to a user having this role. So we would need a ViewOnly version of this

We need the view only equivalent to SavingsPlanFeatureFullAccess where our users will not have full access to perform any change, only to see the savings plans
