Whenever data export from the Cloudability bucket to the CCM bucket fails, customer should be receiving a notification /alert stating the same. This will help them to communicate wioth their stakeholders that there will be discrepancy in cloud numbers between Cloudability and TBM.
In our case, due to this issue, our GCP cloud spend was different on CLDY vs TBM Studio based reports.
Right now, we have an option wherein, whenever a datalink connector fails, we receive alerts stating the same.
It would be great if something similar is available when this integration ( i.e., CLDY bucket to CCM bucket export) fails. Because:
1.We don't generally check these numbers consciously, every time the CLDY connectors run.
2.Customers like us run CLDY connectors on daily basis. Any issue like this will impact us, as this data is available real time. We need to ensure these issues are resolved real-time

Hi Nitish, Thank you raising this idea. We're fully onboard with this issue. I'm happy to update you that we're working on a new and robust integration architecture and that'll significantly improve the data export experience from Cloudability to A1/CT. We'll keep you updated when we have the MVP Of this solution ready.
