Allow reporting on Cloudability Right-sizing recommendations based on last 30 days in addition to 10 days in Apptio BI

The "Cloudability Right-sizing" data set in Apptio BI is locked on showing the recommendations that have been generated using the last 10 days of utilization data. There should be an option to either use the 10 days or 30 days utilization data based recommendations. 

Many users will tend to favour the longer period of 30 days worth of utilization data when curating the right-sizing recommendations, and creating ROI tickets. Enabling Apptio BI to report on this same utilization data period basis would allow for more consistency.
