Effective cost basis in Rightsizing explorer

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

We would like to be able to switch between on-demand and effective cost basis in the Rightsizing Explorer pane. This is possible as part of the various rightsizing panel (e.g. AWS EC2, EC2 ASG, RDS) but not in the consolidated explorer view.

This prevent users from seeing the actuals achievable potential savings and when creating Cloudability issues from this pane also does allow these to be created on an effective cost basis. Which in turn prevents the Rightsizing ROI also to be on an on-demand basis.

Equally in the Rightsizing ROI pane we are not able to toggle between on-demand and effective cost basis (which is currently adding up inconsistent costs). I have raised a separate idea for this.
