Accommodate multi-tier MSP model - Distributor-Partner-End Customer

Ingram Micro is looking for the capability to manage public cloud costs at their Org level (root), partner level (intermediate), and end customer level. Right now they're offering Cloudchekr free of charge to their partners for AWS, but charging their partners as an add-on for Azure and GCP. 

In this model, Ingram is a distributor and the partners would be "MSP"s to the end customers. 

Ingram has roughly 3,500 billing organizations.

They are looking for:

  • Price books at the distributor and partner levels
  • Ability to parse AWS discounts on an automated basis
  • Management and tracking of AWS incentives (e.g. PODs)
