Include license costs in the rightsizing opportunity calculation

It has come to our attention that the savings opportunity shown in the cloudability rightsizing are not inclusive of licensing costs, as a result saving potential is being understated for resources that would also see a license save as a result of actioning an opportunity.

    Hi, virtual machines was the use case we discussed with our TAM. When we were looking at gaps in rightsizing we were told by product management at Apptio that the costs used in the rightsizing recommendations / savings was not inclusive of license costs, obviously in cases of terminate recommendations any PAYG license cost would also be saved, so should be included in the cost / saves. Note that we are an Azure customer so only have recommendations for Server, Databases and Storage. I assume the lack of PAYG license costs affects both servers and databases?
