Remove 'Utilisation Data' radio button for non-AWS customers

A number of our consumers use Cloudability as a central source of data but are left dispondant becuase they try to use the 'Utilisation Data' radio button under metrics and dimensions. As we are an Azure consumer and the Utilisation Data is only available for AWS billing data, the customers are left with the impression that Cloudability does not work, or is too hard to use. The reality is that they were trying to report on data that does not exist in our estate.

Providing an admin level ability to hide that radio button and the reporting options it provides would help in making Cloudability reporting a little more intuitive and will stop people getting turned off using the product due to a bad first experience.
