Proposal: Introduce Yellow Checkmark for Partial Azure Credential Permissions

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Team,

From what I understand about Azure credential behavior today:

1) For basic credentials, a green tick appears when the minimum permissions to pull billing data are present. However, key permissions like billing:EnrollmentReader (alghough not blocking billing data ingestion) is still needed for certain RI recommendations.

2) For advanced credentials, the UI currently shows a green tick as long as any one of the required Microsoft EA advanced permissions is granted (see spreadsheet at the bottom of https://apptio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/P2/pages/337841459/Cloudability+Premium+FAQs). That means even if some essential permissions are missing, the UI still shows green.

Suggestion:
It's helpful to introduce a yellow checkmark to indicate partial completion for both basic and advanced Azure credentials.

Why this matters:
The current green tick can give users the impression that everything’s set up correctly, when in reality, some features may not work as expected. A yellow check would potentially mean there’s more customer needs do to enable all functionalities in Cloudability.
