csv data exports from ApptioBIvisuals with more than one layers should be delivered in a single file rather than a file per layer

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Problem:
Right now if a data export is generated for a graph visual with multiple layers configured, the export email will contain one file link per layer. For example, the S3 Storage Cost by Tier Graph in the AWS Services Overview report has seven layers configured. This means if you export a csv, you get an email with seven links to seven different files. These files also have no idication of which data series or layer they are related to. This leads to a lot of manual effort to identify and recombined the data into a single file for further use.

Request:
A data export that is generated from a graph should always be a single file, with a row per data series and clear identification of what each row represents that matches the legend/series name values in the visual.
