Allow sorting and Top X result limits in ApptioBI stacked column graphs with two dimensions to be determined by total column measure height for the first dimension

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The same concept applies to stacked bar graphs.

Problem:

Right now the sorting and Top X results limit are determined by the measure value for the the intersection of Dimension 1 and Dimension 2. This leads to odd sorting in the graph where the tallest column for Dimension 1 is not necessarily at the left of the graph, and if your results limits are set too low, you may omit data unintentionally.

Request:

Allow sorting by measure for a specified single dimension in a stacked column for a graph with two dimensions specified.

For example: I'd like a graph for which I display the top 10 AWS accounts by their Cost (Total) over a specified period of time, and then be able to further divide the costs for those 10 top costing accounts by a second dimension such as Product Name. The results would show all costs associated with those top 10 accounts for all products used within those top 10 accounts.
