Be able to restrict the report sharing options in Apptio BI so that a user can't “share with organization” or share with a specific role option

Problem:

Right now any user can share a report they create with the entire organization, or with roles that are assgined to large numbers of users. This creates report sprawl, and makes report content governance and validation difficult to guarantee. There is no way to ensure reports visible to all or large amounts of users have been fully validated and tested by a subject matter expert and approved for release. Users cannot reliably determine what reports visible to them have come from SME's vs not.

 

Request:

Expand the access administration permission capabilites for Apptio BI to enable creation of a custom role that has the ability to share Apptio BI reports with other specific user accounts, but does not have the ability to share to all users in specific role(s) or share with the entire organization.
