Be able to configure Apptio BI pie and donut chart to display an error if the underlying data contain a negative number

Problem:

Right now in ApptioBI pie and donut charts, if the underlying measure is a negative number, that number is converted to positive to determine the slice size and the negative value is displayed in the tool tip. This is really unintuitive to a report viewer and they may not catch that the number is indeed negative base on the visualization alone. 

Request:
Report owner/editor should have the option to configure pie and donut chart to display an error if the underlying data points contain a negative number which aren’t suited for that chart type. This behavior aligns with how TBM Studio reporting handles negative numbers in pie visuals.
