Ability to configure table columns shown in Optimize → Rightsizing recommendation summaries

Problem:
Right now you can filter the rightsizing table down based on tags and resource meta data however there no way to include and show relevant tag values, resource state, dimensions. 

Request:
Have the ability to show what columns show in the table that lists the resources and associated recommendations. The columns to include options should include any and all attributes that are available in the UI that allows you to filter the list of recommendations.
