Provide access to a sustainability emissions metric in KGCO2e

the existing emissions metric is in MTCO2e. In addition, data is shown in Apptio BI to a max of 2 decimal places. As the unit is large and the decimal precision is just 2 d.p. this means that for a lot of use cases emissions show as zero when they are actually not. When reporting emissions by subsets of a portfolio, and certainly down to individual resource level, it would be better to have the ability to report in KGCO2e or even gCO2e. 

Please make this option available e.g. as additional metrics in the alternate units. Users can then choose from them.
