Provide public API to update Rightsizing ROI tickets or add comments

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

One of my customer in inquiring if we can enable or consider enabling write access for cloudability API V3. When it comes to rightsizing ROI data, the cloudability API V3 is read only, which is preventing them from adding comments or updating enttries directly within Apptio.

When I posted this in "ask-cloudability", It was mentioned that " "

--------------------------------------------------------

it is writeable actually via PUT with the right json body. one of my customers here has built a SNOW integration which writes back to it successfully to the comments fields. for example if you PUT to https://api-au.cloudability.com/v3/internal/rightsizing-roi/actioned with a message body of something like the attached you can in fact change the status of tickets and the like? just bear in mind this is not a published publicly exposed endpoint like our other endpoints - which are published. suggest raising an RFE to get this published like the others

Hence, raising an RFE request
