Overview:
We request the implementation of a filtering mechanism in the Forecast Summary page that limits the "Cost Ownership" dropdown to display only the accounts relevant to the selected planning view.
Current Behavior:
When creating a plan in a specific view (e.g., Line of Business – CMIR) and selecting "Accounts" as the cost ownership, the Forecast Summary currently displays all accounts across the organization in the cost ownership dropdown.
Requested Enhancement:
Modify the system behavior so that when a plan is created within a specific view, the cost ownership dropdown in the Forecast Summary page dynamically filters and displays only the accounts associated with that view.
Use Case Example:
A plan is created under the "Line of Business – CMIR" view, and account names are added as cost ownership. In the Forecast Summary, users should see only the accounts tied to the CMIR view, rather than the full list of company accounts.

agreed. The Cost Ownership dropdown should only show you the cost objects that you have access to, which means it should be filtered to only those allowed within the current View selection.
