Make Utilisation data available for Azure customers

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently utilisation data is not available in the reports blade for Azure resources. I believe this is because the utilisation data is not available in the billing export as it is for AWS. This is very confusing for customers who often see exactly what they want to report on and are then disappointed with the tool when it can not deliver. They recieve a blank report and do not understand that it is because the utilisation data is not available. However, as you are already collecting and storing the util data for rightsizing, why can you not provide a seperate context in reports for Azure customers to provide at least the limited utilisation data that you do have, also making it clearer which data is available for AWS reports vs Azure reports.
