Add Unit of Measure as a Dimension in Cloudability

While Usage Quantity is a metric, the corresponding Unit of Measure if not a dimension that is surfaced in Cloudability. Without Unit of Measure, it is not always possible to tell what is being measure/billed in Usage Quantity (hour, GB, core, etc.) or if multiple different units are being summed together. As a result, it is very difficult to quickly conduct a detailed unit cost analysis or unit/usage analysis. This details are in the CUR file, so they should be available in Cloudability.

    Surfacing Unit of Measure that is available in the CUR into CLDY will make is possible for customers to tell what is being measured in Usage Quantity metric.
