Rightsizing ROI extract Issue Created format update request
when extracting the file , I need to filter the ROI logs to a month period or a year, but the column called "Issue Created" in a time and date together format

Please can I request to separate this column into 2, so the data in that column can be readable by filtering/pivot without manual separation of the data in there?

    Hello Matt,


    Happy with a work around of additional column with readable data in it instead of scrumbled together all in one column.

    If the issue is to avoid others using in current format, please just add another column where these data has another column for only by day/month/year when issue created.

    Thanks for the submission - we tend to try to avoid these types of changes because any change to the format (API and Export) can be a breaking change for anyone who may have built processes on top of our exports

    We'll keep an eye on this, but don't expect to change the format in the short term.
