Default View Usage: This enhancement introduces a new option the Views UI called ‘Show Default Usage’.
With this feature, Admins can now easily identify which users have set a particular view as their default view — whether the view was shared directly, via User Groups, Entra ID Groups, or with the Entire Organization permission
Before deleting or restricting access to a view, Admins can now gain visibility into who is actively using it as their default, helping them make informed decisions when modifying or removing view permissions.
2. Enhanced CSV Export for Views: We’re enhancing the CSV Export feature in the Views screen to provide you with more detailed information at a glance. With this update, you can now see additional fields in the exported file, helping you better manage views and collaborate across teams.
New Fields Available in the Exported CSV:
Default View Users: See the list of users who have set this view as their default. This helps admins to identify the users who are using it as a default view.
Groups Shared With: The list of user groups or Entra ID groups that the view is shared with, making it easier to track access and permissions.
Owner: Owner of the view
Description: Description of the view.
