This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Please allow admins/users to delete this default dashboard as is already allowed for the other default dashboards? In addition, it would be great if admins could disallow all sample dashboards from being created for new users. I don't want users accessing dashboards that have not been properly formatted according to our standards as it adds confusion. As it stands now, I have to impersonate every new user I add to CLDY and manually remove all the sample dashboards (except for the Sustainability dashboard which for some reason can't be deleted).

Hi @Guest!
The Sustainability Dashboard is distributed to users using a different backend mechanism than the other out of the box dashboards and behaves differently because of that.
I agree that there should be no such discrepancy in the behavior. We are planning to modify the OOTB Dashboards behavior in the future and provide more flexibility to our users. I agree that this behavior needs to be addressed.
After submitting a ticket (TS019653013), the reasoning I was ultimately given for why an administrator can't delete/hide the Sustainability dashboard was "We have confirmed this with our engineering team and they have implemented a new design and the configuration of the OOB Dashboard for Sustainability is different from others and here the dashboard is assigned to Cloudability which is why we are unable to delete it."
It's still not clear to me why users should be forced to see a Sustainability dashboard over any other sample dashboard. This sure seems like a bug and I hope it's corrected. As for now, I will have to continue explaining to my users what this dashboard is and that they should ignore it.
