We use business mappings to control the views. However if the business mappings are updated the effect is that users can no longer view the ticket/cloudability issue they have raised and hence tickets/cloudability issues can no longer be updated by users themselves. Only administrators with access to the all data view can update these issues.
Cloudability seems to retain the business mappings value from the moment the ticket is created. For more details see the related ticket number below.

Dear Matt,
The full details are in the related ticket. However most pressing issue is that users that have created the tickets are no longer able to view and update the cloudability issues/tickets. I will add this in the description.
best regards,
Guido
Thanks for the submission - but we'll need a little more information on the issues you are running into and would like to see solved. It's helpful to provide full context and details in your summary so not only IBM can see the details, but other customers and users can see the issue. That way, when its something they have run into they can weigh in, upvote, and help us prioritize getting it solved!
