have some kind of warning or pop up if a vendor credential -any - failing

We are facing multiple times issues of vendor credential failing and not noticing it immediately.

please have a pop up warning saying or some other obvious way on the page without the need to be clicking in the Settings then Vendor to see the vendor credentials failing


Vendor credential failing will means we have incorrect data showing in Cloudability, whihc makes the tool useless and not reliable

    Yes , you would need to subscribe once, in this case daily and we'll share the status of accounts across all the credentialed vendors. Failures would be shown in the email with a number. You would be able to click on the number in the email and that will take you to the Vendor and account which has failures.

    Please may I check that I just need to subscribe once and any/all vendor credentials status will be shared daily- if I selected daily, right?

    Thanks for your feedback. As part of the surfacing the vendor credentials information, we have today launched email alerts on vendor credentials status which can be subscribed at a daily, weekly or monthly cadence and the alerts will come to your mailbox.

    These can be subscribed via Cloudability--> Vendor Credentials --> Email Alerts.

    This is an initial step in the process of giving alerts on vendor credentials. We plan to do more here especially around when something goes into an error state all of a sudden, an immediate measure to the request would be to subscribing to these alerts and getting information if something got into an error state.
