Snooze Functionality - ROI Rightsizing Integration & Rightsizing module enhancements

When snoozing rightsizing opportunities within the Rightsizing Module where there is an associated ROI ticket, there is no communication between the two modules to provide indication that the existing ROI ticket has been snoozed. As well, there is no impact to our ROAR/COIN reporting when we snooze an opportunity - the potential savings still shows up within our COIN/ROAR reporting. If something has been snoozed in one Cloudability module, we would expect the snooze to impact all other reporting that uses Cloudability as a data source. We can work around the ROAR/COIN impacts, but the lack of communication between Rightsizing and ROI modules does not provide any value in the snooze process in it's current state.

If a rightsizing opportunity exists with an associated ROI ticket, when snoozed in the rightsizing module, the associated ROI ticket status should be automatically updated to snoozed or at the very least, provide a visual indicator within the ticket that the opportunity has been snoozed. When you are in the rightsizing explorer, you can enable "Snooze Mode" to view the snoozed opportunities, or you can select the option to show snoozed resources. This same functionality should exist within the ROI rightsizing as users are duplicating efforts and still need to search out the opportunity they snoozed within ROI rightsizing, and then update the ticket status to done/will not do.
