This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This would be incredibly useful for our team. Right now we’re relying entirely on email for these alerts and it’s honestly so clunky and difficult to manage.
It’s nearly impossible to see what’s actually going on at a glance, and making sure we have all the right people tagged and looped in is a constant challenge. We need to be able to embed reports directly, tag the appropriate stakeholders, and most importantly, have visibility into whether things are actually being looked at and addressed.
This is such a critical part of our workflow: we’re talking about cost management and financial oversight here. It’s wild that Apptio doesn’t have this capability yet. It feels like we’re operating in 2008 while the rest of the world has moved on from email as the primary communication tool.
Slack and Teams integration isn’t just a nice-to-have anymore! THIS IS WHERE WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS!!
Please prioritize this enhancement.
Not under consideration for 2025 but would evaluate for 2026
