Cloudability RightSizing Snooze auditability

As a Cloudability Admin I'd like the RightSizing Snooze functionality improved from an Audibility perspective:
- who instigated the snooze itself
- when was the snooze enabled
- add a comment field to explain the decision

Bell provided feedback: This is a much needed enhancement. The snooze function is great in theory, but in a large organization, I need to be able to report and audit snoozed accounts, and be able to report on why the rec was snoozed.  Having a drop down list to select reasons would help track why snooze is being utilized would help to investigate potential architecture changes, internal policy changes, and would allow for a certain level of benchmark reporting to be able to go back to the business to review the number of snoozed opportunities.
