Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

User Management - Find Users can search using email address

As an admin who manage user onboarding to Cloudability via the UI,

I want to be able to Find Users by their email address (under Settings/Users)

So that I am able to easily find specific users quickly (especially when we have multiple users with the same name i.e. John Smith)

--

As a large organisation we have multiple colleagues who have the same name, only readily distinguished by the email address they have.  Currently if 3 'John Smith' are on the system, I have to go into each one to see what email address is linked to each profile to find the correct one and progress my task.  This creates additional work, and if not careful, the action could be applied to the incorrect user.
