Enhance Cloudability to Ingest Azure Invoice Tax and Credit Data(beyond CUR CSV)

Currently Cloudability ingests Azure Cost and Usage Report (CUR ) data through CSV exports (eg: apptio_actual_cost_daily_exports) . These CUR files exclude the tax and credit fields which are only available in the Azure Invoice (PDF)

As a result , Cloudability cost views are always net of taxes and credits and donot reconcile with the official  Azure invoices . This creates a reporting gap and forces Finops teams  to perform manual reconcialiation each month which is inefficient .
We request that Cloudability extend  ingestion beyond the CUR CSV to  support Azure Invoice PDFs or equivalent future feed  as source for reconcilliation. This enhancement should
1. Include tax and credit fields in Cloudabilitydashboards, reports and exports.
2. Provide an option to automatically reconcile Cloudability cost totals against Azure invoices
