Expand the Cloudability Scorecard Capabilities Across AWS Services and extend the Historical View

Currently Scorecard component in Cloudability provides valuable insights , but its scope is limited primarily to AWS Compute Services and a 30-day view. This restricts our ability to measure optimization maturity and track long term improvements across other major AWS services . We want this to include additional AWS Services such as S3 storage , Lambda, EKS and networking services . So that teams can measure the maturity across multiple dimensions not just compute. In addition to this scorecard should provide history/trend to track the optimization score that evolve over time . This enables FinOps to track the score improvements over time and demonstrate the value to organizations .
