You perfectly understood
I think I understand now. Just to confirm my understanding:
Let's say that I create a new Business Dimension called "Ownership". This Business Dimension will take the value from the "Business Unit" Dimension. Now - for each new value of the "Ownership" Business Dimension you would like to have a separate View created, is that correct? So, for example if I have the following values for the "Ownership" Business Dimension:
Ownership = Sales
Ownership = IT
Ownership = Marketing
You would like to have the following Views created automatically:
View 1: Ownership = Sales
View 2: Ownership = IT
View 3: Ownership = Marketing
Is my understanding correct?
Let me rephrase with an example :
I'm creating a new statement in a business mapping.
Then I'm using "dynamic statement name" to create a new entry for each new statement.
Following that, I would like to create a new view for each new entry.
I could assign privileges to each view creation (public or private).
Is that clearer to you?
Hi Alexandre! Thank you for submitting this idea! Can you clarify your use case further? Can you give me a few examples? Or maybe we could schedule a short meeting to discuss?
