Filter out GP2 recommendations from Right Sizing

As an Administrator of our Cloudability environment I would like to be able to configure some base Right Sizing preferences to *ignore* all recommendations for AWS GP2 storage. There doesn't appear to be any capability to do that at this time. Affects EC2 and RDS as well as EBS.

We keep seeing recommendations to move from AWS GP3 back down to GP2. This is largely against published AWS advice.


Background:
We see lots of recommendations for downgrading to GP2 as part of EC2, RDS, and EBS right sizing.

This is annoying our user base, and makes them question all your other recommendations. Please allow us to filter them out.
