Provide Right Sizing Preferences for Databases and/or split by base organisation.

As an Administrator of our Cloudability environment I would like to be able to configure some base preferences for the RightSizing algorithm for use in the Database section (particularly AWS RDS, and certain DBEngines like PostgreSQL and Oracle). There doesn't appear to be any capability to do that at this time.

We have some use of certain AWS RDS engines, and would like to be able to specify to the RightSizing algorithm to keep to a small set of AWS RDS Instance families. i.e. stick to m6i, r6i, t3a families(but happy to swap between just those 3). This aligns with our use of AWS RDS Reserved Instances purchases, and encourages right sizing to the preferred families.

Background:

There doesn't appear to be any preferences for the Database engines similar to EC2 at all.
