Admin ability to maintain discount rates when CSP does not provide them directly.

Currently when new contracts are signed, rates need to be updated by Apptio team. Customers would like to be able to maintain this information directly without needing to involve support teams. Customers both an UI and API update / maintenance function. This is usually related to AWS, but could also be related to contracted rates with a vendor.

    For rightsizing and commitment recommendations, customers will still need to provide the discount rates to use for those calculations. While net metrics is the first step to this, we will need additional work to get this part of the configuration to customer control vs. TAM/CS.

    Thank you for the feedback. This sounds related to the custom pricing solution that we are currently building (Net Metrics) which as a first iteration will be exposed in the backend for use within business metrics. If this is correct then our release is planned for Q4 2025.
