Container recommendations should include recommendations where limits = request for all resources and one where they are not identical.

Customers would like to see recommendations where they can guarantee that the workload will have the resources as well as ones where the ability is variable (limit does not equal requested). Different workloads have different needs. It would be helpful for teams to understand what the best of each option would be for their workload to help them make a decision.
Customers would also like to be able to filter the Container rightsizing view to see whether the original workload is set to be limit = request or not, no limits set, no request set.
