Enable anomaly detection in Cloudability to support user-level alert subscriptions and action tracking, so anomalies can be assigned, acknowledged, and resolved within the platform.

Currently, anomaly detection in Cloudability only provides a list of anomalies across all accounts, with optional  alerts that must be configured by administrators. This creates gaps in ownership and accountability because Individual users or account owners cannot set up their own alerts. There is no way to assign anomalies or track who has taken action. As Executives and FinOps  lack visibility into whether anomalies are being worked on or resolved. This feature would transform Cloudability’s anomaly detection from a static list into a workflow tool aligned with FinOps operating models. It would reduce reliance on external tools like PagerDuty, improve accountability, and make anomaly remediation more transparent. A dashboard that shows open vs. resolved anomalies and who resolved them would be highly valuable for executives and FinOps

    Hi Team,

We have recently implemented an enhancement in our Cloudability Anomaly Detection feature with integration to Jira and ServiceNow. You can now assign anomalies to your teammates and also track the status of those items directly within Cloudability.
