Selective Data Reprocessing

Currently the data reprocessing is following. Client raises ticket and asks for Data reprocessing from IBM (CLDY), you acknowledge the ticket, perform full data reprocess with all metrics and dimensions/business mappings for the given period in batches and inform the client via email regarding the progress. This takes a lot of time and resources due to the fact that we as a clients are only able to provide data ranges for the reprocess but not dimensions/business mappings and not ask for just selected ones for which we know that the reprocess is required (where the change occurred). Plus your agents inform us via emails of the progress which is additional waste of time as we as a clients do not see the reprocess progress in the tool itself.
