Auto Update for Cost Sharing Rules, when Namespaces are updated.

We would like to use the Cost Sharing Feature based on a Business Dimension to have an automated showback/chargeback process for shared costs in Accounts with Container setups. Therfore we use the feature to split gernal cost (which is not tied to a namespace) to all namespaces. When new namespaces are created the business dimension will update itself automatically, but these new namespaces won't be selected as a destination in the cost sharing rule. Therefore we would like to have a feature to autoselect namespaces. It would be very helpful to have rules like: for the destination, select all namespaces except for "namespace-abc" and "namespace-xyz".
