Anomaly Detection- Provide ability to filter using account group tags

As a FinOps Practitioner at an organization where account groups are utilized for cost allocation, I need to be able to allocate anomalies detected to the appropriate owner, however, there is no ability to filter on account group tag info.  It's important to be able to tie account group data to the anomalies to identify the appropriate owner to validate and take action.  Account group information should be available when exporting anomalies. 

The functionality of account group filters exists within the Resource inventory, but is not available for anomaly detection, rightsizing, or rightsizing ROI.  Account group filters should be available withing all modules as it is a means of cost allocation.
