ServiceNow integration for Rightsizing ROI

While Apptio Cloudability has now removed the Admin role from CldyUser_Script user role for Servicenow integration with rightsizing ROI , Farmer’s has  identified a concern with the current integration approach, which involves direct access to database tables. This method does not align with their data governance policies. To ensure secure and standardized data sharing, they’ve established processes that leverage APIs available through the Mulesoft Exchange portal and would like Cloudability to go through a similar process .

Additionally, they offer an API that supports sending updates to our application, as referenced in the new script.

    Thanks for the submission - we don't have any plans to change the ServiceNow integration at the moment, but we will monitor this to see how widespread the need is and continue to evaluate future options
