Budgets Data Log

Currently we need to raise an incident to IBM in order to see who updated the Budgets and when as we as admins do not have that view. This is time consuming for IBM and for us and sometimes when we do bulk uploads that can lead to data loss and a lot of work as some budget owners already added their input. If we would be able to see when budgets were updated and by whom would be of great significance.

    We use the Basic Budget Functionality as we do not have the CFP as part of current coverage

    Are you using CFP or the basic Budget functionality available in base Cloudabilty (Plan > Budget in leftnav)?
