Support Yocto Linux for IEAM edge device

Add support Yocto Linux 2.5.1 and 2.5.1+ on Intel Atom processor for IEAM edge device prerequisite OS.

IEAM edge device prerequisite OS is described below.

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKVV_4.1/devices/installing/adding_devices.html

As of now, IEAM support only following OS in case CPU architecture is Intel x86_64.

  • Ubuntu 18.x (bionic), Ubuntu 16.x (xenial)

  • Debian 10 (buster), or Debian 9 (stretch)

Edge gateway manufacturer in Japan hope this requirement because their edge gateway product embeds Yocto Linux.

many of the embedded device manufacturers are using Yocto as their foundation / build pipeline so it might be a good idea to support this.
