Add tags to k8s-sensor

We would like to add tags to the new k8s-sensor in the same way we add tags to Instana agents. In our case we are using your Helm chart to deploy Instana in kubernetes clusters and we are using the k8s-sensor: https://github.com/instana/helm-charts/blob/main/instana-agent/values.yaml#L230. We are already adding tags for the instana agents deployed as daemonset (https://github.com/instana/helm-charts/blob/main/instana-agent/values.yaml#L156-L160) so we look for something similar to also add tags to the k8s-sensor.

Basically we manage several kubernetes clusters inside the company so we use the tags to identify the cluster of all instana agents, identify the owners of those agents, etc. So currently we are missing that possibility for k8s-sensor.
